I always appreciate your well-articulated thoughts, Megan. Thank you.

Courage also resonates with me as a key word for the year ahead.

Appreciate the reminder about courage. This is definitely a year I need to plunge into trying new things and meeting new people.

A great post as always, and thank you for the shout-out! I, too, only just recently came up with my word/phrase for 2025. I think I was hesitant because I felt a certain pressure to come up with something motivational and gung-ho, when really what I needed was more about taking care of myself this year. GOOD LUCK with the Gabriola Field School and the music sessions!

Lovely read. When I was a tween I had a bunch of tests that involved tubes up my nose and down my throat. So I can relate. Thanks for the recipe!

Thank you for this insightful and inspiring post (and nice to hear from you)! I like courage as a 2025 word. And have you read Chelsea Bieker’s new one, Madwoman? I devoured it in a day and a half. 😊
